BBB Guide to Accreditation

Your Guide to Accreditation provides a visual of some of your benefits.

To implement some of these benefits you will log into your AB login page here.  By logging into this page you will have access to your online profile stats, upload photos and videos to showcase your products/services, ability to update information displaying on your BBB Business Profile, download your BBB accredited images, view your welcome video, access to our webinars and "how to" videos, among other things among other things.

A great way to increase your business reviews to your BBB profile page is to use the Customer Reviews app, free for our accredited businesses. The app provides an easy way to gain reviews from your customers. Through our app you can text your customer a link to post their review.  An exciting new feature is the dashboard. You can send review requests not only for your BBB Business Profile, but also for Google, Facebook,  Yelp and other key platforms. This new feature is valued at over $2,000 when compared to the annual cost of the dashboard you may already be using to generate and manage reviews. Please visit the app's website to sign up.
