Stephanie Rodriguez-Smith

Customer Care Manager

Starting at BBB in 2015, Stephanie Rodriguez-Smith began her career working in sales selling sponsorships, to already Accredited Businesses. Ms. Rodriguez-Smith received the opportunity to move into the Customer Care department and assist the growing Accredited Business team in 2016.

In 2019, Stephanie Rodriguez-Smith was promoted to the position of Sales Manager. In this role her responsibilities consisted of monitoring the sales floor, training new sales reps, helping bring BBB goals to life, through the sales team. The primary objective for Ms. Rodriguez-Smith is to help BBB grow, with her sales team. In 2021, Stephanie transitioned back to the Customer Care Team with a focus on business and consumer customer service while managing the application process and leads.

Stephanie is a dedicated mother, who loves to cook and is very passionate about the NE Patriots. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether is be game nights or watching football. Her favorite activity is cooking for big groups of friends.
