Jackie Ireland

Business Engagement Coordinator

Jackie started at BBB in 2023 as a Community Relations Specialist after graduating from Merrimack College with a Communications & Media Degree with a concentration in Marketing. She was responsible for BBB's events and connections throughout the service area of Eastern Massachusetts. In 2024, Jackie was promoted to Business Engagement Coordinator.

Jackie now specializes in helping business owners become industry leaders. She excels in creating meaningful connections and partnerships in effort to support the success and expansion of every enterprise throughout Eastern MA, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

Jackie also spends her free time doing what she loves within the health and wellness community. As an F45 Coach and retired college athlete, she holds a strong social media presence highlighting the importance of mental health and positivity.
