People can submit a Get a Quote request right from your BBB Business Profile. Also directly from BBB.org search results. Member Accredited Businesses also have the option to install a Get A Quote button on their website. This takes your customer to a website page to submit a request directly from your business.

A business receives the request right away, within minutes of the consumer filling out their information. It is sent either via email, text message or both, based on the settings in your BBB Account.

BBB can remove your business from receiving quotes. Please contact your BBB Account Rep. If you do not know your account rep you can find that out here.

BBB recommends you contact the consumer to let them know that you do not service their area.
