              I closed a home loan in August 2021, for $195,840. With oakwood homes at **** ******* *** *********** ** ****** I moved in April 2022. When I signed off to move in, we had wrote down issues they agreed to fix. They fixed some small issues. Major issues have not been fixed. Improper drainage allowing water under the home, a malfunctioning water heater, and a damaged water line top the list. The water underneath has now begun to rust the mobile home frame, and causing the foundation to sink and crack. They knew about it, tried to hide it, and kept telling me they would fix it. Last time they replied to me was 05/2022. It eventually started to slip my mind dealing with personal issues and having to take in my sick father, now deceased, while dealing with a dozen other issues with the property that has cost me well over $1000.

              I'm not satisfied at all floors are popping up nails popping marriage line not together I get different story everytime I call worst experience ever dealing with this supposed to have carpet and new lino over six months ago still nothing air coming in windows never again

Our retailer had communicated to you the schedule dates for floor repair, and our window techs have checked extensively and found no issues with the windows, as well as other items mentioned. We are in the process of resolving the flooring concerns and we appreciate your patience.
