My experience with this company was a huge disappointment. I purchased a vehicle with the agreement to pay the down payment in 7 days. A few days before this, my father died and I was having a really difficult time but I had to get a reliable vehicle to travel up to manage his affairs in Indiana. I assumed this agreement was for 7 business days and on that 7th business day I had the down payment. They called me on the 7th calendar day for the down payment over the phone and I told them I would have it the next day which would be the 7th business day. I was not told that they would take. The car back I was told “just come in the office and we will talk about and work it out.” If I had known they wouldn’t allow me to continue the contract I could have tried to come up with a back up plan for the down payment. I haven’t even buried my father and they could care less about the human aspect of things or the crisis this puts me in unable to travel to my father’s funeral. I have no alternative and it’s in two days. This is an overpriced vehicle with outrageous interest and in the end, I’m fine with not buying this junk. But the part about doing this when I’m grieving the loss of my dad is absolutely distressing. They could care less how things affect people’s lives.

We are so sorry about this person’s father passing away. If this had been the only open item, we certainly would have allowed some extra time for the down payment to be paid. We always strive to be fair and reasonable with those who apply for a vehicle when they communicate well with us. However, the finance company informed us that other critical information needed to secure financing had not been received from the buyer and the co-buyer. For these reasons, the finance company decided they were unable to finance the customer, which is why we could not finalize the sale. The late down payment had very little to do with the decision of the finance company. Again, we are sorry about the loss of your father, and we wish you the best in future endeavors.
