      These people don't seem to know what they're doing and aren't very careful or professional. Yesterday the told me my loan was approved; today they told me it wasn't. Way to get your hopes up for nothing.

      To start they were great to deal with and I have had over 20 loans with them. As time went on it was taking longer and longer to get funds transferred to you. Yesterday loan was approved just after 8:30 am (so the online told me). At 11:30 called and was told it would be 1 hour that it was at final approval.........2:08 pm call and was told it was still being processed. At 2:15 received an email that the loan was funded - WRONG. At 4:30 still no funds and was told it could be after 6 pm, that they were closing and could do nothing more. **** ******* ******** **** ***** *** ***** ***** ***** **** ***** ***** ** * ** *** **** **** * ***** ****** ** **** *** **** ******* ***** * ***** ** ********  Their web page say get your cash within 1 hour and this is FALSE ADVERTISING! They were trusted for a long time and now delivery nothing but excuses *** ** **** **** **** to customers waiting to be funded.

When an EMT file is sent to the bank for processing, that file is no longer in our hands and we rely on bank processing times to ensure that the funds are sent to our customers.       First, they shouldn’t ask to sign in using your SIN as a password. They keep saying they will only lend more after building a relationship even after the 3rd loan and this was even when they say you are eligible and ask you up to how much, send a contract to sign with no information in it, to then get the chat service and email to say it’s to be reviewed. Then when the account to be debited from has to get closed due to fraudulent activity, you tell them 10 DAYS in advance to be told “if a payment was missed, wait for the payment department to reach out to you” They got my new account information 7 days in advance of a payment and still debited from my old account THEN charged ME(!) despite having my new account information but guess what? When it came time for the 3rd & FINAL payment, they conveniently took it out if the right account, despite me never have given new information since 7 days prior to the 2nd payment. For both the 2nd & 3rd payment I e-transferred the payments on the dates that they were due. They send out an email that says I could e-transfer but they debit anyway?…TAKE THAT OPTION OUT OF THE EMAIL! And going back to “if a payment is missed” when I said my account was closed due to fraudulent activity, I asked then, 10 days before, if they had the e-transfer option and was told nothing. Not to mention, when I made the e-transfer payment for the 2nd payment, I received multiple emails & text messages saying “you account is paid in full and you are welcome to re-loan” THEN get an email “ACTION REQUIRED: Payment Not Received!!” Again, you accepted my e-transfer good enough to say I was paid in full, but before sending me that ABRASIVE subject email, no one took time to realize a payment was received and the next and last one was to be due on next pay. So much grief and anguish all after having my life flipped over due to fraudulent activity on my bank account. And now, they owe ME money as I have overpaid them because I e-transferred & they debited.

      These People took over 2 days to decline me. First they sent me a pre-approval email, then I got a call from a representative telling me my loan was approved, and I should expect on Sunday ( when I made the application) in return I borrowed money off someone because I thought I could pay it back. Now I'm in debt and may have ruined s good friendship. Thanks GoDay.ca

      I've been an active customer with this company. I had my regular amount taken out of my account on may 20 as well I sent an etransfer to pay off my remaining fee of $345. Usually I get an email right away or within 1-2 business days that thanks me for paying in full.

      However it is now may 29th and online still states I owe $345 (which I've already paid and it should be at 0$) and they have ignored emails, calls will not go through at all. I'm very upset at the lack of response and not being able to get through as both payments were taken out of my account and everything is clear on my end. Looking up ********* I am seeing that others are facing the same issues and that just makes me upset ***************************************************************

      They never return emails to answer questions and they take at least two days to send the funds sometimes longer. How this company stays in business is beyond me. *************************

      Getting a loan was easy and quick however they do not keep your information secure. They require you to use your sin number as your password to access your account and I had them attempt to login to my banking account at 4:00am without authorization. Thankfully my account alerts to when and where someone is attempting to access my account. I have since filed an investigation into this. When I emailed them about this and asked they close my account, they did close my account however, they did not acknowledge their wrong doings. *************************************************************** ********
