"I got a loan from them and realized on my behalf that I messed up the payment dates so I immediately on June 6 2025 the day I filed the loan emailed to please change it too the date I could pay them emailed 10 days no response or help my due date is this June 16 I emailed them this morning and not even 10 mins I get a reply saying they can’t because of bank cut off how convenient you could’ve been bothered to help me tell now so now I’m going to get a nsf charge for your your lack of service."
