            I had an appointment to get my car inspected before my lease expires. I took half of a day off of work to stay at home during the four hour window for my appointment. I also spent $40 to get my car cleaned before the inspection as instructed by the company. No one ever showed up from the company for the inspection - nor did I ever receive a phone call from anyone. I am requiring the company refund me my $40 along with other punitive damages for taking time off of work for nothing.

            Zero stars!!! Worst company ever!!! I cant believe they have a B- rating!!! I turned my lease in for an end of lease inspection. I am being charged for orange peel paint, apparently some texture issues in clear coat. I never noticed any texture issues in clear coat and the pictures they provided as proof dont depict it either. When I asked about why I would be responsible for abnormalities in the clear coat, they said it was due to inadequate paint repair. I never had any paint repair on the vehicle at all. The report is completely fraudulent. I called to confront them, they told me that I had to contact the lease company to dispute the charges and they have nothing to do with the charges. The representative acted as if he couldnt understand that their false report of inadequate repairs, is why I am being charged by the lease company. They are liars and completely disreputable.
