Zero stars!!! Worst company ever!!! I cant believe they have a B- rating!!! I turned my lease in for an end of lease inspection. I am being charged for orange peel paint, apparently some texture issues in clear coat. I never noticed any texture issues in clear coat and the pictures they provided as proof dont depict it either. When I asked about why I would be responsible for abnormalities in the clear coat, they said it was due to inadequate paint repair. I never had any paint repair on the vehicle at all. The report is completely fraudulent. I called to confront them, they told me that I had to contact the lease company to dispute the charges and they have nothing to do with the charges. The representative acted as if he couldnt understand that their false report of inadequate repairs, is why I am being charged by the lease company. They are liars and completely disreputable.Review from Jay l

I scheduled my pre inspection and took day off. It was set to 8am to 12pm then they called me at 11:40am due to weather they can't make the appointment. It's totally not understandable the weather is ***** since the early morning and they cancel on weather. So frustrated how they run.Review from Jerramie D

There is something fishy going on here! I had my xc 40 t5 r type. There were 3 dings less than an inch. I personally handed him all 3 keys. He takes a picture of 2 key fobs with a cardboard arrow pointing to two keys with the 3rd key clearly covered by the arrow. I will put pic on here if possible. He writes missing key fob 2/3. I get in the car and all 3 key fobs are in **************** below the screen. I call ***** and they say " oh don't worry just turn it in like that" - yeah right. Me and this inspector had a conversation about the key fobs prior to inspection. And I called him on phone telling him he made a mistake, he did not want to talk about it an insisted I call *****. I honestly wonder if they get paid for what they find. I mean...this could be incentive to "look hard" so there are no damages that are missed. I demand to know why he did this and its clear it wasnt a mistake.Review from Paul B

I had them provide service to my Mercedez a few years ago. The amount of defects they found went far above and beyond my experience in lease inspections for 10 years prior. The total cost was over $2000 from what I usually paid before. I called them back to find a reasonable point but they would not help.Review from Gabriel B

This company is awful. They dont listen to anything. I told the guy that my key was not working because the battery died. I said I would replace it prior to returning the vehicle. He wrote that it was broken and put a $250 charge in my report. I know when I return my car to *** I wont be charged but its extremely annoying and more steps I need to take to make sure that I dont. These people just ****. I wish we didnt have to deal with them and that the car company itself would handle everything.Review from Brandon H

2019 Cadillac XT5 to be returned on lease, scheduled inspection prior to vehicle return. Inspector nit picked the car which had 20k miles on it, noted a cracked windshield and that the front 2 tires needed to be replaced (Michelin Latitudes). At the end of the inspection I asked what to expect and she said replace the windshield and proceeded to give me her opinion on how bad and dangerous the front tires were and to replace them. Of course replacing 2 tires they must be an exact match as the rears I wasnt required to replace. We decided to replace all 4 tires to a tune of ******, I reprinted the report to take to the dealership and noticed the report had been changed and the 2 tires I was told to replace now passed. This company is a joke and told me to call GM Financial and took no responsibility for the change in their report. Filing a claim with GM to try and get reimbursed for the ****** I blew on bad information from these idiots. Avoid themAutovin Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience, as our goal is to provide a positive experience for all customers. AutoVINs role in the lease-end process is to document the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Each leasing company has their own guidelines for excess wear charges, and our handheld computer calculates charges based on those guidelines. The inspector is not able to add, remove, or adjust charges. Similarly, AutoVIN is not able to adjust charges on completed inspection reports. However, at our clients request, we encourage any customer to who has a question about charges to reach out to their leasing company for assistance. If you are able to provide the *** of the vehicle in question, we will also share your concern with the inspectors manager (as your email is not pulling up an account in our system).Review from Michelle W

This company is a nightmare! I've been given the runaround for over two weeks now trying to get my car inspected. I took the day off to fit their 4 hour window of when they might show up and they were a complete no-show. To make matters worse, the inspector lied and said he called me and I hung up on him. I was looking at my call log as they were telling me this and I had not received a call all day. Unapologetic, apathetic and have a corner on the market so could care less about customer service. I wish the car dealerships would kick them to the curb and do their own lease back work.Autovin Response

A scam...being charged $136.00 for a ding on right rear quarter...seems to be a recurring event with this hack company. For the record vehicle ***** S 90 was in cream puff shape, recently detailed and over 20 high resolution photos taken contradicting their claim of 1" ding. Door ding they are talking about was less than 1/2" normal wear and tear. I've returned 4 volvos in the last 11 years never an issue, now with autovin this exaggerated ding pops up...Autovin Response
