All digital certificate products from SSL.com come with an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If thecertificate you purchase does not work as planned, was bought by mistakeor you are in any way dissatisfied with your certificate then let usknow within 30 days of purchase and we will credit the full price ofyour purchase. It’s what we promise and it’s what we do.
For EV/OV/IV Code Signing certificates or Document SigningCertificates, these are refundable within 30 days upon purchase if theyhave not been issued or used for signing.
Cancellations and Account Credit
At SSL.com’s discretion, accountcredit may be given for cancellations outside of the refund policywindow. For upgrades (or replacement of a digital certificate for one ofgreater value) any service fees will be waived.
Re-enrollment in eSigner after arevocation incurs a re-enrollment fee of $39 for non-EV code signingcertificates and $150 for EV code signing certificates.

All returned/disputed eSigner charges will result in revocations for all unpaid activity nullifying the completed signings.
Physical Devices
Physical devices such as hardware tokens are not refundable. Ifan order involving a physical device is canceled, any prepared and/orshipped devices are considered unrecoverable and the value of the device(plus shipping and handling) will be withheld from any refund. Prepareddevices refer to tokens that are ready for shipping.
Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing and Organization Validation Code Signing (OVCS) certificate
Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing or OrganizationValidation (OV/IV) Code Signing certificates are not refundable if theyhave been used and/or issued. If an order involving an EV Code Signingor OV/IV Code Signing certificate is canceled while the certificate hasbeen issued and used to sign an application or code, it is not eligiblefor a refund.
