5 starsIn this day and time, I try to be careful of who I allow to come in and do work in my home. I am glad I chose Mr. ******. He's professional and polite. I felt comfortable working with him. Before I decided to make an appointment to have the inspection done, Mr. Fryday explained to me how the inspection process worked. Once you set an appointment with him, be prepared to walk through the inspection with him. He prefers the client to be present to ask questions and discuss any concerns during the inspection. I learned so much from him. He is very patient and thorough. So glad I chose to do business with him.

5 starsProfessional, great knowledge, pragmatic w feedback and suggestions, punctual, and respectful.
I would used SCI again and that will be my first suggestion to individuals looking for inspection services.

5 starsI got the townhouse I was buying inspected by Ed and would highly recommend him to anyone else buying a house. He was thorough and professional, encouraging me and my fiancée to accompany him and explaining each infraction to us, including whether it was truly dangerous or simply the result of a standard being updated after the house was built. He was prompt, courteous and encouraged me to accompany him to explain any infractions he encountered. He presented me with a complete report, including pictures on the same day.
