              Professional, great knowledge, pragmatic w feedback and suggestions, punctual, and respectful. I would used SCI again and that will be my first suggestion to individuals looking for inspection services. At times it is hard to even understand the results or how to prioritize them. SCI is straight forward like talking to you friend.

              Mr. ****** was excellent. He had me shadow him throughout the house and took the time to explain every we were looking at and what he was looking for. He was very professional and I learned a lot about the house we were looking at. I would highly highly recommend him.

              I got the townhouse I was buying inspected by Ed and would highly recommend him to anyone else buying a house. He was thorough and professional, encouraging me and my fiancée to accompany him and explaining each infraction to us, including whether it was truly dangerous or simply the result of a standard being updated after the house was built. He sent us a detailed, readable report the next day.

              Ed ****** of Space City Inspections conducted an inspection on a house I am planning to purchase. He was prompt, courteous and encouraged me to accompany him to explain any infractions he encountered. He presented me with a complete report, including pictures on the same day. I heartly recommend Ed to anyone needing an inspection and plan to hire him again before I list my house to stay ahead of any problems that may arise.
