      Operates like a criminal organization rather than a company. Willing to say any number of lies to get your money. They haven't processed my cancellation after two months. It's not even worth interacting with them since they their "customer service" is your enemy. I simply had to dispute the charges with my credit card company instead.

      ADT (via Bulldog Security )Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras? He continued trying to upsell me, even after knowing that the system would not work with Verizon. He stated that all he needed was a part and to do some research and he’d be back the following week. He never came back. I called him and he kept reiterating that there was no part and that we can’t get cameras because we have Verizon. He threw this panel on our wall along with a few chimes on our door and left. He knew that system would not work! He simply just wanted to get paid off of the install. ADT has been trying to charge us since the day after he left. He also told us that our previous systems company was being sued. Welp! Come get the bs out of my home and cancel this contract or ADT will be joining them sir!

      Hi Ms. ********, Thank you for taking the time to speak with our Customer Service Manager Morgan today. The root cause of the issues stemmed from Verizon internet service not being able to support the ADT monitored cameras. The Installer explained that the only way to resolve the issue would be to change your internet providers which many of our customers elect to do. Your Technician got the Install started by connecting the panel and window/door sensors, leaving the cameras onsite to install once a resolution reached. We understand you’ve elected to cancel your services as you’d prefer to keep your current internet and we were happy to oblige. Your account is being cancelled and any early termination fees waived. Glad we could come to a resolution that you’re happy with. Thanks for working with us!

      Horrible service, didn't get what I expected, I told them to take with them everything they installed, the installer said no that he wasn't there to uninstall he was only there to install. Then when I called the following day they tried to charge me. A Cancelation fee when I never set any service up through the any app or anything and you'd the technician to take everything with him. Finally they came back out to uninstall everything and left not only a hole but exposed wires in my wall. We just bought this house and they damaged the wall. I would advice not to have Bulldog install anything for you, there customer service is horrible.

      Hi Ms. ******, thanks for your feedback. Though we strive for customer excellence, sometimes we miss the mark. We are sincerely sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. I’m glad you were able to speak with your Account Manager post- Install to clear up confusion and to get your account cancelled. I do apologize the Tech could not remove at time of install, he was simply following protocol. As reiterated by the BDS team, you were not charged a cancellation fee as your cancellation was within the appropriate cancel window. In fact, we never charged you for the agreed upon activation fee either given your intent to cancel right after install. If you are seeing any transactions, I encourage you to call our billing team 832.585.0725 and we can help get to the bottom of it. Lastly, though we are not responsible for holes left upon equipment removal, we certainly don’t want to leave exposed wires. I understand our Installation leadership team scheduled an appointment to come out 11/4/2024 to perform clean-up and put a wall plate over it but you elected to cancel that appointment. I understand your husband addressed it. Please know we are standing by should you change your mind, we do apologize for that added inconvenience.

      Anthony was amazing. He was punctual and very polite. Anthony was very knowledgeable about all of the available security devices and helped us tailor our system to meet our needs, but yet wasn’t pushy. He followed up with us after our internet was installed to make sure we were all connected and understood everything

      Absolute nightmare of a company. We had just moved in as first time homeowners and were considering a home security system. We fell for the extraordinarily over priced sales pitch and signed the contract, then very quickly changed our minds when we realized our mistake. Re-read the contract and thankfully realized that as long as we cancel within 3 days, we are exempt from the cancellation fee. Let me tell you, THE NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS I HAD TO MAKE EVERY SINGLE DAY to both ADT and Bulldog to get it done was insane. When I called Bulldog (if I was lucky enough to get someone to answer), they would tell me "oh yes we are right on that, it should be good now." ADT kept telling me, the "authorized dealer" needs to mark my account cancelled for them to do anything about the charges that were being made to my card. I ended up reporting the charges to the bank and they accepted my claim and gave me my money back, which finally ended the recurring charges. Now, many months later, I am receiving emails about my "outstanding debt" for cancelling the contract, WHICH I DO NOT OWE SINCE IT WAS CANCELLED WITHIN 3 DAYS.

I can certainly understand your frustration if you felt you weren’t being heard, had delayed response times and then contacted for past debt incorrectly. That’s certainly not the experience we strive for and does not meet our service standards. I do see you qualified for the 3-day cancellation, your cancellation was confirmed by Bulldog within 72 hours, and system removed from your home the following week. Your right- this timeframe needs to be tightened. I was aware of the collections error. I'm mortified that your account was negligently placed on a debt list for non-payment. This was an isolated campaign sent by an employee who neglected to apply proper filters. I can absolutely empathize with how that would frustrate you. Please know I personally addressed this and can promise it won’t happen to future customers. I understand our Collections Manager reached out to you directly and apologized for the mistake. I do hope that gesture was well received. I’m so saddened that this was your experience with our team. Please know I heard you and recognize we can do better. I have meetings scheduled this week to address the phones/wait times, response turnaround, and cancellation management. You’ve impacted change.       I have been going back and forth with them and they false advertising me what they sold me no one wants to talk to me talked to a manager Brend said he call me back in September and never called me back and I called for the 5 time and another manger talked to me and said he called bit I never received a call the been avoiding my calls for months and this other manager said am stuck with the contract and hung up. I was told it was not a contract I asked for recorded talk they said they not going to give it to me and said it’s my problem not theirs

As the #3 ADT Dealer in the US, we pride ourselves on our transparency and integrity. I’m so sorry you didn’t feel this in your experience with our team. My name is Melissa and I’m Bulldog’s Corporate Director. You’ve certainly got my attention. I’ve reviewed your account, listened to the point of sale recording, and conducted additional due diligence internally to identify any mis-steps on our end. You initially called in to cancel 9/19- 30+ days after your penalty-free cancellation window expired. Brent Yates, Sales Manager, left you a voicemail 9/20 requesting a call back to discuss but I see that interaction never took place. You are correct, the level of service we expect is that Brent would have continued to reach out until you were able to connect. Unfortunately, Brent left Bulldog shortly thereafter and the follow-up was missed. I understand you are still looking to cancel, referencing only that you were never told you would be in a contract. Though your signature on each page of the agreement outlining terms, fees and cancel policy acts as acknowledgement of understanding, the last thing we want is for you to feel like our team wronged you. I’ve asked our customer service team to reach out and make an exemption on your cancellation. You will be receiving a call today with instruction on how we can assist you cancel your account penalty- free. We look forward to resolving this with you shortly.

      I still have not received a call from y’all and yes my signature is on there but the person who sold me it told me I can cancel any time that’s when I purchased a house she told me just to sign everything that she said over the phone is what was in there but I asked her serveral times about being a contract and she said no my wife was with me and heard me conversation. Brent never reached out to me I never received a response from him I have called y’all serveral times to cancel about 4 time since I talked to Brent and one of your mangers told me I was stuck with the contract and it’s not her problem why I didn’t read before I signed an she hung up on me. That was so unprofessional. And I still have not received a call from y’all to cancel
