Date of occurrence: Oct 22, 2022/ This is a complaint against Petworks Express at ***** ********** ******** ** ***** (281-870-0570) because they provided a substance to my dog for supposed de-wormer, and the dog kept bleeding for five days. They never disclosed the manufacturer of the substance that they applied to my dog and they charged me $89 dollars for supposed lab blood test done to my dog, and they do not have a lab, and are not a clinic, they just use a device at their location that output bogus information about blood cell counts. They denied to provide information about the substance so I can help my dog, and did not denied that they mixed some substances there to administrate to the dog.

If you love your pet, never, ever for any reason take it to Petworks Express. On October 22 they overdose and almost kill my dog with a de-wormer substance from which they denied to disclose the name, dosage and manufacturer. They didn't take any responsibilities for their professional negligence. When we were asking for explanations, the supposed "owner" ask us if we speak English in a sarcastic way and asked us to step out of his business because he didn't want the customers to know about what was happening. Is my impression that they take advantage and underestimate Hispanic people believing ever Hispanic is un-documented in this country. if you check their website is not BBB accredited, but they put the BBB signed as if they were accredited. Their Facebook link is broken and you don’t see one Diploma and/or License number form the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiner anywhere in their business. That is a big red flag. I recommend you to look for Professional and licensed veterinary doctor AAHA accredited. Petworks Express is not the cheapest option and you will be putting your Pet in a big risk.
