The certificate will tell you exactly what to do to get your $100 prepaid card. Your prepaid card redemption form must be completed, in its entirety, and postmarked within 60 days of DISH activation.             As part of Dish's promotion to switch carriers I was promised a $500 gift card 6-8 weeks after I started Dish service. It is now 3 months after I started service. I have paid my bill promptly as required, but I have not received the gift card. I am now being told it will be another 6-8 weeks. That is not fair. Just another bait and switch tactic that consumers have to have to face in dealing with these sorry companies. You have to sign a contract with them and keep up your end of the bargain, or you are liable. Yet, on the other end, they do not keep their promise. Again, that is not fair. I want an adjustment made to my bill to compensate for their broken promise.

            Godish finds a way to never give you your gift card. I ws promised a 300.00 if I took out t mobile also They told me to puy t mobile in my name and dish in my husbands Because I did it that way and I was told no different I could not get the 100. for t mobile I have called several times for my gift card but always an excuse. They have lied all the way around and this has been since Nov 2022 I have called several times, useless!
