      My husband and I were traveling from Indiana going to Tennessee and we stopped at the Buc-ee's in Smith Grove , Ky and this was our first time visiting we were very excited to visit we spent $123.98 there but our excitement soon changed when we arrived at our hotel an hour and half away from the Buc-ee's to find that not all of our items got put in the bag, And the girl that checked us out did not give us a receipt or even offer us one. And when I tried to contact the store to inquiry about my missing item that I definitely paid for I was answered by a recording saying to visit their website to leave a comment. Why does Buc-ee's not have a customer service for a big company like themselves? This is not a very good first impression for Buc-ee's. You took my money but have done nothing to correct the problem. I just want an answer on getting what I paid for or my money back on it. That's it!!

      I can't wait for BUC-ees to come to Oklahoma. Always stop on every trip no matter where we are Clean Restrooms. I Love everything about the Store ????

      Terrible Customer Service. Very disappointing. We purchased brisket that was not edible. It was full of chunks of gross, white/ yellow fat. We spoke with a manager who stated they add fat back into the meat for flavor. He acknowledged that someone could have added too much. He was not authorized to offer a refund and suggested we contact corporate. We have tried to contact them for over a month, and have been unsuccessful. The website contact does not work and the phone number directs you to the website. I am so disappointed. No contact, no response means that they truly do not care about customer satisfaction. Unacceptable. No more Buc-ee's for us...

      Ever hear of “just give them the pickle” for customer service!? Well not here. Talked to two managers who wouldn’t help or budge on what I was asking about. So upsetting and disappointed after 2 busloads of our group spent money on food and gifts in there. Greed over service I guess. We are talking about a $4 issue that they could have taken care of but instead chose to not care.

      I purchased several hundred dollars worth of items at the Texas location in April. One of the food items had mold on it when I opened it up. I have called customers service twice----via email, but no one responded. There is no customer service number call. I am out the money for ****** **** *** ****** ******** Avoiding these clowns in the future.

      Just left the store in Moody, AL, which we frequent often and spend at least $100 on every visit, and sometimes more. My 8-year-old daughter and I were going to split a barbecue sandwich this time, so I asked for a piece of foil or anything since we're splitting it and didn't want to make a huge mess in the car. I asked three different employees and they all told me no. The first employee told me I could go buy paper plates and napkins. By the way, I am Asian-American. When I told my husband, who is Caucasian, about what happened, he went and asked for a to-go box and was given a box with no hesitation. I thought maybe a little piece of foil would be cheaper than a to-go box. The employees at this store made me feel really discriminated against since they were not willing to give me a single piece of foil but were so quick to give my husband a box. The food there is NOT cheap and anyone should be afforded something when they split and eat their food in the car.

      I am from the hometown of bucees and a constant customer. I have never had a complaint until recently and really a mere suggestion. I have noticed a recent change in the coffee cup lids. These lids have no flap to close them which is causing people to suffer burns...I would like to suggest we return back to the origional coffee lids to avoid further problems. Thank you and Beaver on.

      Purchased a gift from them, it was an empty box . They resealed the box and put it back on the shelf ok mistake . I live 70 miles away Tried to call and no phone calls allowed. Have to send an email. It’s over a week no response from them. They seem like a business that doesn’t care about their customers. Would never go back .

      I went to purchase a cold brew coffee but prefer the styrofoam cup to keep it cold. The clear cups are not great. I was willing to pay full price but wanted it in a different cup. An employee at the coffee station went through a disortation about how others have complained of this and said I could take the brown cup up with me and get charged for that at the register. So I did, and Michael wouldn't sell it to me unless in the brown cup. My husband put my styrofoam cup inside the brown one and Michael said he would not sell it to us that way. So instead of selling me a cup of cold coffee in the smallest white styrofoam cup they offer, that I was willing to pay the normal cold brew price for(I had a smaller cup), I was told I would have to pour my coffee in another cup for him to sell it to me and when I go outside I could pour it back into the styrofoam cup. This is the most ridiculous, idiotic thought process of a company I've heard. So now instead of making a $1.99 coffee sale, you just lost a few thousand in a customer that once shopped there regularly.

      I have always looked forward to getting the pulled pork sandwich. It has been tender and delicious, and I can barely eat half at a time, so the recent price increase didn’t stop me from buying it. Last month, they were out of pork. Yesterday, there was half the amount of meat and it was mostly fat. My dogs enjoyed it, but the little I did eat made me sick. Very disappointed!!!
