We selected a washer and dryer, the washer we requested was to have the agitator. Dawn, salesperson, had open the washer lid to verify it was the correct one before she wrote down the appliance number. The washer had the wrong number on the lid, so she wrote down the wrong number. We doubled check with her to make sure she wrote the correct appliance number. At the time to close the order she saw her mistake that she put the wrong appliance number. Joseph, assistant store manager, said that it would be corrected, which he did not do and neither did Dawn. On the day of the delivery, the delivery guy did not allow us to check and see if we received the correct washer with the agitator. We contacted the store right after and we were told they had to contact corporate and the warehouse to see if they had one with an agitator. We have called several times, and nothing was done, no notes were put in the system. We spoke with George, the store manager, and he was searching for notes and nothing, I showed him my text messages between Dawn and myself. Seems like Dawn does not was to lose her commission, and Joseph is just plain lazy, would not open the computer to check on our service order We went to the store today, Joseph, the assistant manager, was a very aggressive with my husband and loud, asking for his phone, my husband just wanted for him to fix the problem that he and Dawn never solved. if the washer is not exchanged for the correct one, they can come pick up both of them, washer and the dryer, like we have requested several times before. Conn's final or no final sale, they cause this problem, not us the consumer.
