I am non verbal I ordered two chairs I went on the site to pay the bill put in my info I payed what it said to pay .. then I checked back next payment was due in May then I got an email stating I needed to make a first payment so I went back to the web page they locked me out said I had to call now I had in chats that I am nonverbal the email is from first payment non payment I told them to unlock my acct or send out a statement and I will mail it in they wanted me to pay via email I said no it was not my fault they did not have both acct on the website and I was not going to pay late fees because it is their fault now I need them to unlock the acct so I can look at the amount owedReview from Manuel N.

They have the poorest customer svc I have ever tried to deal with. I purchased a microwave and refrigerator at the end of January, it stopped working on the 1st of March it was out for 13 days before they said it was repaired,it went out again on the 13th of April I have an insurance policy that is for replacement if not repaired.
