      Please stay away from this unscrupulous company. They took advantage of my 85 year old mother and stole ***** from her! Refusing to refund her money after just paying them the day before to reserve 4 spots for the Oct tour to disneyland *****. She canceled the trip due to 2 other family member still having to apply for a first time passport. She was worried it wasn't going to come in before trip. But was told over the phone by **** that not only she wasn't returning her money, but also to pay up another ***** for cancelling. How mean can they be??? Taking advantage of an 85 year old! Terrible!!!

      Grandma TAKATA placed a $2,000 deposit for (4) persons for a **************** package.
      Restrictions were explained to her and she understood.

      However, we have decided that we will proceed with the demand to cancel without any penalties and fees.

      Non-Stop Travel will absorb the bank fees of more than $100 and refund the initial deposit of $2,000 today.

      Highly disagree with your statement THIS IS TOTALLY CRIMINAL AND TAKING ADVANTAGE FRAUDULENTLY OF THE ELDERLY.

      Fact remains, that it is NOT too late to apply and receive a passport for a trip in October.  (more than 3 months?)

      "2023 ****** and *********** Charms" Non-stop Travel (NST) flyer in bold letters at the top is printed "Escorted from ********". Also, on the flyer is a box which indicates that pre and post land packages may be offered. We (2 couples) booked the cruise on February 14, 2023, and received a mailed notice in late May of the pre and post land package, we sent a letter to NST declining the pre/post land package. NST (*****************************) called on June 7, 2023 stating that we WON'T BE ESCORTED to ********, ****** because majority of the participants accepted the land package, the tour manager will be escorting them. As senior, inexperienced travelers, it was a selling point for us to be escorted! Also, if we cancel, we would pay a $75/person NST canceling fee. The only way we would be escorted is to buy the land package. I then spoke to the manager, ******, she managed to waive the canceling fee. She stated that we would receive a FULL REFUND. June 8, NST called to say that we'll be assessed a $250/person from Oceania Cruises canceling fee of 180 days of departure. NST said that it's Oceania's policy. I feel that NST changed an important selling point of the trip, and they should have been aware of Oceania's cancelation policy and informed ** earlier of changing from escorted to unescorted. *** said there's a statement on the flyer that tour manager is not guaranteed to fly with you. I found the statement in small, fine print on the back last notes. I feel that no one will/can read the minuscule, tiny print on the back, last notes on the flyer when in big bold letters at the front top advertises escorted from ********. We would like the flyer to be revised. NST to not assume customers know that if a land package is offered, then the ones not taking the land package will not be escorted. Have NST be responsible for and reimburse Oceania cancelation fee to **. I feel we have been misled by their flyer, and the manager's statement we would get full refund.

      NST's letter dated May 23, 2023 about the Pre/Post Cruise Package doesn't state that we wouldn't t be escorted unless we bought the offered package. The "2023 ******************** Charms" flyer has "Escorted from ********" printed in BOLD letters under the title on the flyer front. The green box on front of the flyer indicates that optional hotel and sightseeing may be offered but doesn't indicate that the people not buying the package will not be escorted. On the back, last section of the flyer, in very small print "NST does not guarantee that all tour members will fly together with Tour Manager." Is that full disclosure?-A call on 6/7 from NST stating that we won't be escorted from ******** and asking if we would still be going on the cruise. She stated that the only way we would be escorted is if we bought the pre/post package. I feel that NST should know that Oceania's policy of cancellation policy of no penality prior to cancelling before 181 days prior to departure. They should offer the package prior to that date so the participants not buying the additional package can cancel without penalty.-When talking to NST manager, ******, she said spoke to her boss who waived the $75/person NST cancellation fee and that we would get a full refund. That is was wrong due to the $250 Oceania cancellation fee. She should have been aware of Oceania's cancellation policy.In my previous experience with other travel agencies, our ****** met ** at the ****************, assisted ** with check in, stayed with us the whole trip. At the end of the trip, he returned with us and was there to make sure that everyone got their luggage. We felt safe and secure because any problems were taken care of. I don't feel that NST has the customer and customer service as the most important factor in their business. I feel let down by this company that I initially trusted.

      Stay away. This company is under different management. Booked a tour with a group of 8 other people for their ***********/****** with 4 days in ********* tour. It included an NCL ********************************************************************************************************************** cash. And it is non refundable. They try to sell you the most ridiculous and expensive travel insurance. The owner is a liar. The company refuses to be transparent or give any kind of information until 2 weeks prior at their "pre-tour luncheon" which was at a dingy crappy ****************** with pre-packed lunches to go. They bought the CHEAPEST flights which did not include luggage. They sent a rather inexperienced tour leader without giving her the tools she needed to do her job. The OFFICE made multiple booking mistakes which led to a lot of confusion, which the your leader handled with ***** and humor. They blame everything on "lack of training" and "lack of staffing" due to COVID yet the owner gave a sad story about COVID and how he took out 2 PPP loans and a SBA loan to retain staff. And how he is behind on rent. After lecturing the tour members on COVID and giving medical advise. In Sept 2022. So many issues and no responsibility taken. He blamed the complaints on his tour leader and fired her. There are reputable tour companies out there who put their clients first. Book with them. Stay away from this company if you want a good experience! Read reviews first before giving this company your hard-earned money.

Have publicly apologized via YELP to almost all in this sub-group about the shortcomings of our tour manager who was fully trained prior to COVID-19. Have no further comment to ************************* as she is making false accusations and extremely misleading comments about our BBB A+ rated business. *********************, Managing-Director.

      This is who you want to do business with? Again, there are better choices out there. And I will keep telling my experience and asking others to do the same.

      I booked a tour to ***** for March 2022, paid deposit of $1,000. for 2 people on June 14, 2021. This was based on a flyer indicating "Guaranteed, Risk Free". Was notified 10/28/21 that tour was cancelled by NST. At same time, new flyer indicated essentially same itinerary tour for April 2022, again "Guaranteed, Risk Free" so we transferred our deposit to that tour. Was notified 01/13/22 this tour was also cancelled, given Credit Voucher of $1,000. for future business with NST.Third Flyer was received in February, again essentially same itinerary (small changes) for October 2022.We put in our reservation, applying the credit vouchers. On 5/13/22, we received confirmation from NST that this tour will proceed and that balance of $9,076. was to be paid by check (no credit cards) by 5/27/22. Feeling uneasy about turning over $10,000+ for additional 4 months-plus, to NST with no recourse for refund, partial or otherwise, in addition to track record for this particular tour having been postponed twice before, we decided to cancel. We lost entire deposit of $1,000. to NST plus ANOTHER $150. in cancellation fees, as third flyer did not have the "Guaranteed Risk Free" banner on it. This review is to warn purchasers "BUYER BEWARE" as it appears NST is not amenable to refunds, only credit vouchers, once they get your money.
