This company is one of the best because the products all great and high quality and good machine. I love the superfrecator mchin which removal services , mole and skin tag removel and fibroblat. I have using this machine for 4 years and my clients are happy the geting great results.Review from Brooke L

Im not sure if these 2 reviews are real users of the superfricator or if I did not have the proper training, but I have had nothing but problems with this machine.I have made no money and have only had to refund clients. Also to claim this machine does fiber blasting is a joke! It burned a clients skin and I barley had the machine turned up. Leaving me a 1 star review on my over 100 5stars. I have tried to be in touch with the company multiple times though text and email. No response on helping me with a refund or machine buy back.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the training and the machine. As you know, the training was done live online along with 5 other attendees. We have not had a single complaint. Not to forget, the purchase was made over 1 year ago. We never heard from you about your issues until now. No text, emails or phone calls. We have our contact info all over the internet.We did offer you additional training and also offered you a buy back with a restocking fee, both of which was refused by you. Not to forget, this was a final sale, which we have your signature to acknowledge it. Restocking fee could be negotiated and we gave you an option to speak to the director, but you did not take it either.We did go above and beyond to assist you in this matter and even went against our final sale policy to try to assist you. But it is unfortunate that you could not be one of our thousands of happy customers.Review from Sara J

This company is great. High quality products and machines. I love the Superfrecator machine which produces great results with pigment removal services, mole and skin tag removal and fibroblast... so many cheap plaza pens on the market, but you get what you paid for. I researched and spent the money for great quality and that's what I got. I have been using this for 3 years and my customers get great results. The owner is hands on, I can always reach him if I have questions or looking for new equipment to add to my Spa. Highly recommend.Martinni Beauty, Inc. Response
