      We have been working with ringcentral since end of December 2023, every single month, multiple times a month we have had technical issues. I've been on the phone with customer services for hours and they 1. can't solve the technical issues, 2. have terrible customer service, 3. refuse to cancel the 24 month contract even though the phones don't work. We want to keep our company phone number and they're denying to transfer the number or cancel, not sure what else to do. We are being stonewalled by the company, any help would be appreciated.

      Would prefer to rate 0 stars, unfortunately that isn't an option. I signed a contract that included a 30 day trial at no charge. After signing that contract, my sales rep became very unresponsive to my emails, with days of delays in their replies. As such, we were unable to schedule my onboarding/demo prior to those 30 days being up. Realizing that my free trial (trial that was never effectively started) was about to run out, I asked to cancel my contract. As usual, it took three days for my email to be replied to, and I was asked, "Is there anything i can do to make it up to you? can we extend the trial intead?" I agreed, and asked to schedule a demo date, my proposed demo date request was never replied to. In the meantime, I ended up being charged with the first month's charges after my free "trial" expired. I asked if this was being refunded, and was told it would be. That was three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive my refund. After numerous other emails that were not replied to, I reached out to RingCentral on LinkedIn. After being told that I had not been charged (and having to prove that I most certainly had been charged) I was told, "It appears that a case has already been created for your cancellation. Please continue to work with the *** team to move forward." I then asked, "How am I supposed to work with the *** team when I can't get an email back from anyone?" That was three days ago, and despite two other follow up messages, I have still not been replied to. Clearly, RingCentral is out to get people locked into these contracts without providing the customer service necessary to back it up. Most alarming, is that even when it has been brought to their attention that something is severely wrong, they make no effort to resolve the issue, instead just sweeping it under the rug and ignoring the problem.
