This is a scam. Never get these solar panels. Never buy anything from this company. They are a scam. They do not support pools. I pay more for power than I ever did in the past. They're unwilling to work with you. You're worthless customer retention people that don't know what the heck they're talking about for electrical. This company is a joke stay far away from them. I should have taken my friend's advice when he checked out the quote from them. Unfortunately, now I'm jailed into a contract with them in a lease. It's a pity I didn't default on the loan on my bankruptcy I hate sunrun. I hate the lies that you spread. I hate the fact that you don't want to make this right except for me to pay you more money to put the needed panels on that would have corrected the problem s**** you and your company this is a warning to all customers or future customers do not buy their panels. Do not buy their systems. This company will s**** you over in particular if you have a pool. With absolutely no change my power usage day to day. In fact, I've cut back and it's still not enough I pay double what I paid before due to them not giving me enough panels to supply enough power for my pool and then once it's brought to their attention they come up with the lame excuse of oh in our contract we don't support pools. If that's their answer then why the h*** did they offer me panels? Why did they promise that 72% of my power usage would be gone with these panels? If anything? I've seen a 72% increase in my power bill due to these clowns sunrun don't bother to try to tell me what to do. One of your business people already tried to get a hold of me and tell me how electrical works. Apparently one of your team members believes that washing machines can be turned on remotely by a switch as a electrical engineer. This is impossible. First of all, you need a servo motor to push a couple buttons in order to even turn the thing on.
