This company deserves the one star rating they have. The person who works for them and is the liaison with my *** is unethical and inflammatory. In a recent incident when work was being done I made a report to her about low wages being illegally paid to some of the workers. My tenant has been stopped by one of the workers who told him this. After she contacted the company, her response to me was that my tenant could not talk to the workers, and that I could get sued for reporting such things to her. Essentially, dont find out and dont tell anybody. I was further threatened that the *** was likely to take action against me and fine me. There was no interest in the formation that the company was using illegal workers and paying the substandard wages. I have had to ask the company to put all future communication to me in writing and delivered by mail so I do not get harassing emails fired off at me. There is a real lack of guidance provided by this company for our ***. Over 2 years ago tenant were special assessed over $4000. each to build a new carport. This project is only now being started. There are several other safety issues in the complex which this company has been lax in helping the board with. Good property management companies are hard to find at reasonable rates, but I recommend this company not be in your list. They may write a rebuttal, but there is really no excuse for the poor job that has been done or the way I have been treated.

We appreciate all input when done fairly and accurately. This reviewer's report about the HOA's vendor was submitted to the ***** of ********** The vendor in question has filed a police report in this matter involving harassment and their attorney is now involved as well. We cannot comment further as this is in the hands of law enforcement and attorneys.
