The representative came to the house. He was nice and I asked several questions. I gave him a small down payment. I waited and waited for them to call, because I had specific instructions before they started. I'll make this brief. The windows they put in were not the same size in fact the they were a lot smaller. I had asked the representative if t The windows were to be the same size and he said yes. Then I called to speak with a representative. She was extremely rude. Then I called again and I spoke with Forrest to see if I could get 36 months same as cash. He said he would get back with me in 3days. I waited for him to call so I called him. He said he was on travel. He kept calling me Shannon. I told him my name is not Shannon. He didn't have an answer. Next, I texted window nation and Harley responded. I asked about the 36 months. He said he would get back with me. I called him two more times and he kept asking me different questions. I just want to know about the 36 months, he said he didn't know anything about it. So I ask you!!! Is this a reliable business. Out of nowhere, I’m getting random phone calls about window replacements. They are buying information from a third-party and then calling you and harassing you nonstop. The young lady that called me today at 3:48 PM April 15 was extremely disrespectful and nasty and I told her she had the wrong number and this was incorrect to me Does she’ll just call back later and then she hung up the phone on me nasty stay away from them. They are gross. I never gave them any of my information. They are buying information from somebody.Review from Camille A

I called Window Nation to schedule a repair on my door. When the person called back, they insisted that my name was not on the account for my home and my co-worker. I repeated myself several times that their information was incorrect but they insisting my information was incorrect and my coworker paid for the windows. So everyone/anyone who wants to use them - DON'T!!!Review from Ab B

My windows cane in they came to install my windows on time and was at my house all day removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They did an extra job! They cleaned up behind themselves. They had excellent customer services once they completed my install they show me how to use the windows even though I know already. Nice at a very nice priceReview from Drew P

Window Nation explained the process and everything was installed on time with all details done to our satisfaction. We like everyone from window Nation we talked to from the he salespeople through installation. It could not have went better.Review from Jim M

Quick, efficient and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth as possible. Installers were on time, friendly and neat. Windows look great and work perfectly. We've done two houses with them now and would do a third.Review from Adrianna M

This will be my third project with window nation and Dae has been the best rep so far. He understood exactly what I wanted and needed. He was fast, friendly and helpful. This will be the biggest job of the three and am excited for this project.Review from Linda and Ricky M

This company customer service was awesome with us our problem with this company is that the company doesn’t honor their contract agreement we canceled our contract agreement within time allowed per contract because of personal reasons in return this company didn’t honor their contract agreement with us in the contract agreement it states that your money will be returned to you in ten business days from the day of cancellation however it’s been 14 business days and we haven’t received a dime of our money back yet we spoke with the salesman about this issue he stated the money will return in 12 business days will we are beyond 12 business days now and no money has been returned to us yet we are waiting on management call back now to see what they tell us. Because of the hassle we’re receiving from this company not honoring their company contract agreement we will look for another company to replace our windows as we did plan later to use this company for the price they offered us but since they can’t hold up to their contract agreement we can’t trust this company to replace our windowsReview from Cindy C

I ordered 8 windows on April 12th. 10 months later the project was completed. Our windows arrived In July, but our 3 large windows came in the wrong color. The other 5 windows were installed but NO screens were shipped with the windows. Also, the caulking was not able to be completed because they didn’t have the right kind on the truck. When the screens arrived Window Nation installed the screens but still not able to do the caulking. Our Windows arrived at the end of September. The morning, they were to install the windows they canceled. Now It’s October. This time when they arrived to install our windows, we were told the wrong crew was put on the job and the additional material to install the windows was not ordered. Window Nation people had been out to our house probably at least 5 times taking measurements and pictures yet didn’t seem to even think about what other materials they need to install the windows. They were so lazy they wanted to send me a picture of a color to approve to order for the soffit. Now it’s November and the color was picked. The soffit we ordered November 7th and the next time we heard from Window Nation was December 12th. Finally in February and our remaining 3 windows were installed, screen in and caulking finally completed. I do not recommend Window Nation to anyone not because of delays but because of the poor customer service and the rude people. I believe if I didn’t still owe them money, we would still not have our project completed. I emailed the owners of the company my complaint but no response was received.
