            Bought two orders online that said would ship same day. Took over 2 months for the one to arrive and over a month for the next to arrive. I emailed support about a return and needed to speak to someone about missing items (many missing items and they even put a car I didn't order in the box). No response from the phone number or the email , other than a response "someone will contact shortly"- over a week ago! I want a refund on both orders asap! Will never purchase again.

            I went to a monster jam event and they did not have an adult large size t-shirt for my son. I was excited to see that they came in on the monster jam superstore so I ordered one for my son. When I received my order I was disappointed because I ordered an adult large and I received a child a small T-shirt. I called monster jam 800 number and it's not a customer service number they only take orders they told me to email monster jam and I did so. I did not hear any response through email. So with my bank I started the process of getting a refund through my credit card. I emailed monster jam again saying I'm going to reverse my credit card charge and they said we will process a new order and will send me out the correct T-shirt. Well another week goes by no T-shirt and I emailed again no response. I continue the process with my bank to get a credit for my credit card charge which I did not see the product that I ordered. All I want is my son's t-shirt that he was looking so forward to. Why is it that they send me the wrong t-shirt and I have to deal with everything trying to get the right product. Do not order from the store it's not worth that aggravation.
