Fantastic Brokerage all around! We sold our house using a Keller Williams Flagship agent and she was PHENOMENAL. My husband and I not only had a great experience with our realtor but also with their admin team who we interacted with quite a bit as well. I can not recommend them enough!Review from Lynn N

I was working with a Keller Williams real estate agent for a month. She was good with being objective, but didn't take into consideration my concerns or worries during the selling process. The agent didn't follow my instructions and wanted just the sale of the house. When I terminated the seller/agent agreement, the agent gave me a conditional release, which I can't sell my house until the term is up on my contract. I tried calling the broker several times through email and over the phone. He never returned my email about releasing me from the contract, unconditionally. Please make sure you pay attention to section four of the listing agreement, and if you don't feel comfortable with the terms, say something or hold off until you are comfortable with the terms.
