      Regional Management does not honor its leasing agreement. I complained several times about the neighbor above me incessantly following me around my entire apartment day an d night, every minute I was home and they never did anything about it. I have been harassed so much by this neighbor that I called their rental office located at 5305 Moravia Road, Baltimore MD 21206 to let them know I'm breaking my lease to move because of this neighbor's unwanted behavior. It's very sad when a person rents n apartment and then has no protection against problem neighbors.

      Ms. W**** has rented from RMI no less than 7 times since 1997. With this rental history in mind and understanding that Ms. W**** is not satisfied with her living situation, RMI is willing to accommodate her wish to be released from her contract that automatically renewed this month for another yearly term. Please have her call Ms. H***** at 410 *** **** to make arrangements.

      My upstairs neighbor is the reason I am breaking my lease. I have been humiliated daily for 365-plus days by being followed everywhere in my apartment. I have never felt like I live alone since moving in on July 7, 2024. I appreciate being released from my lease but the money I'm being charged to do so is money I could have kept in my pocket if I wasn't being run out by such a mean neighbor. No one in the world should have to live under a neighbor who follows them around all day and night. I have not had one moment to myself in my apartment. I get up between 4:00 AM and 4:45 AM to get ready for work and can't even have that time to myself. I'm still baffled as to how a person could know where I am every minute, especially now that it is Summer and I have two air conditioners running and three fans when I'm home. That neighbor must have extremely enhanced hearing. I also don't get the daily drilling noise. What could a neighbor possibly be working on that causes jackhammer-sounding drilling every single day any time of the day? I can hear this neighbor constantly because they make sure I do. The floor above me is deliberately creaked so that I have no choice but to hear them. It has been constant and methodical. Anyway, I'm being forced out of an apartment I liked and was preparing to stay in for several years.

      If I could give this a zero star review I would. Despite years of excellent tenancy they sent inspectors to our house to criticize everything including full trash cans and damage caused by their malfunctioning plumbing and lack of maintenance in order to threaten us with illegal eviction. If you can rent from literally any other company I would recommend it. Additionally they just chopped down all the trees in the neighborhood whenever they feel like it for no apparent reason, usually at 6am. Not hugely important but goes to show the hostile community they seek to foster. Renters beware.

      I filed an application with this company for an apt.i waited 10 days later to find out if i was approved only to be told i was rejected.I just want to know the reason why for the rejection. I just feel its disrespectful not to let me know anything.

      You get what you pay for. They are cheap but also very small. You can literally hear everything. I live upstairs and could hear my neighbors next to me and below me. Tried to get my apartment switch because the neighbors below were selling drugs and getting in violent altercations and they told me there's nothing they can do. Worst apartments you can ever live at. Only did 1 year and had enough.
