      Julie B**** of Brodie Management property manager for my community attempted to intimidate and manipulate me by harassing me with false accusations by accusing me of having tenants after i reached out to ask Brodie for support to help get people out of the parking spot in front of my home. I asked that Brodie remind folks to respect the need for us all to park in front of our homes considering I was aware we have no assigned parking. Julie B**** then responded that I could reach out to Brodies lawyer and Max W. our president. She then continued to rudely address me and go back and forth with me. I never asked her for proof of Brodies position on parking as I’d initially mentioned I knew Brodies stance. She then accused me of having tenants. I told her I did not have tenants. She then stated she would check another source. What other source was she checking when I the home owner just told her I did not have tenants. This was her response to me reaching out for support so I could have parking in front of my home. This is intimidation and harassment when a manager who is supposed to help instead turns the table on the customer and decides to accuse the customer of false actions. Julie B**** also asked me to send the lease. She now decided to turn my request for help against me. Instead if being empathetic to the fact that I am loosing parking in front of my home she accuses me of doing something else off topic and false . To me this was all unprofessional, an attempt to intimidate and harassing. I reached out to her leadership Jonas B***** and Kathy and heard nothing back. All these rave reviews must have given Julie B**** all the support she needs to be rude and unprofessional.

      I am the Board President of a townhome association in Baltimore County. Brodie Management has been our Management company for over a decade. Julie B*****, Assistant Property Manager, is always responsive, professional and easy to work with. She has proven time and time again that she is dependable. Our Board of Directors takes comfort in knowing that she is part of our team.

      This review is not as much about Brodie Management as it is about one of their staff members, Julie B*****.

      About 2 months ago, our Brodie Property Manager quit with no notice and Julie was tasked to pick up the slack. At Brodie, Julie wears several hats including Assistant Property Manager and receptionist. She does them all at 100%. No task is too big or too small. We never get a "no" to any request for assistance. Even if Julie does not know the answer, she will get one for us or connect our community to someone who can help us. Moreover, Julie works long after the business day is over and will check in or follow up with my community from her personal cell phone. Without exaggeration, in the two months we have had Julie as our temporary property manager, we have had better production and communication than with her predecessor.

      Julie is to be commended, promoted and given a raise for all she does and does quite well. I just hope Brodie recognizes they hit the lottery when they hired Julie B*****.

      Brodie Management, Inc. manages our HOA at ************. Margaret B*** and Julie B***** are our contact people. They are GREAT! We have contact with them almost daily and they are readily available, respond immediately, spend whatever time it takes to handle our needs, and follow through every time. They are real professionals and take care of our every need. We are fortunate to have them and give them the best recommendation possible. If anyone would like more information, please contact me.

      Julie B***** is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever talked to. This company should really look into how she treats tenants and safety complaints.

      We apologize that your interaction was not up to our high standards and we take every complaint seriously. In response to your comment we surveyed a number of clients and employees about how Julie treats tenants and safety concerns. While we did not surface any negative issues, and in fact received numerous positive comments regarding Julie's capabilities and personable approach, we have decided to review our customer service protocol and training so that employees can better respond to callers who may be upset when they call our offices.
