            I hired Seaside Plumbing for $4784.10, 9/10/2021 to remove a hot water tank, and install an on-demand heater, that I supplied; a 199,999 BTU. There was an issue with my Water Heater Exhaust, and I returned it. Seaside Plumbing said they had a ****** 199,999 BTU to install, so I said OKAY. My Issue: They in fact installed a ****** 180,000 BTU, that has several problems 1. Slow temperature Rise a. Output of Boiler set to 125 Degrees; Temperature. At Kitchen sink is 108 Degrees (a 17 Degree loss). b. No Hot Water anywhere without a 5 Minute waste of Cold Water, and then, it's not really Hot. 2. Their response is a lot of foot work to resolve it, when the problems are already identified. They clearly want to hang this defective Boiler on my neck, but, Honesty and Integrity says that this problem belongs to Seaside Plumbing. Their Business Model should not have these issues. I never received an order or tracking number, but they know who I am.
