I have been attempting to contact the service team at VKB for the past 30 days with absolutely no follow up. I have spoken to the office 3 times by phone in the past 30 days to inform them of the issue with the LVP installed in my home. I continue to be told that the Project Manager is no longer at this location and that the issue is being sent to a different Project Manager with VKB who will contact me directly. That was told to me 3 times and to date, no communication has been received. I stopped in to the office in person on 6/3/24 and spoke with the woman who works at the front desk who once again informed me the Office Manager was not in and would return on 6/4/24. Once again, I informed her of my flooring issue and at that time she confirmed the notes from the previous phone calls which matched up to our conversation and informed me she would pass on my contact information for someone to discuss the matter and to date still have not received any communication. The flooring installed by VKB is buckling and separating. We paid for the service and it needs to be repaired.

VKB did contact me on 6/6 to confirm Edwin, a Project Manager at VKB, would be inspecting the LVP flooring on 6/7. Edwin came by on 6/7 and after a few short minutes of inspecting the LVP flooring he was very clear and confirmed that due to how the floor was installed by VKB, not enough room was left for expansion causing the gaps and buckling in the LVP flooring. He explained that a section of the LVP flooring will need to be removed and have new planks installed to repair it properly. He told me that new flooring planks will be ordered and then he will contact me to schedule a date for repair/installation. I thanked him for stopping by and confirming that VKB had not installed the flooring properly. I called him and texted him on 6/11 to confirm an install date and received no reply from either. I called again and sent another text message on 6/14 and once again received no reply. I finally was able to get in touch with him on 6/17 at which time he informed me the LVP plank was just ordered that day by his supervisor (10 days after the initial visit). I asked if we can set up a date for repair and he told me that he would be contacting me by Thursday, 6/20, and if I had not received a call by then I should call him. I did not hear back from Edwin on 6/20 so I once again attempted to call on 6/25 and received no answer so I left a voice message along with sending a text message. I once again attempted to call on 6/26 and there was no answer so I sent another text message and still have not received any reply. I would like to hear back with an action plan from VKB before taking the next step by escalating this matter thru the proper legal channels.
