              On Friday, February 2, 2024, The Cleaning Authority was scheduled to clean my house. It wasn't the two usual people that clean but instead it was a young man and woman. They didn't seem to be in the house long enough to have cleaned it when they yelled goodbye to say that they were done. When I went to go lock the front door I noticed that my foyer floors still looked dirty. So, I went to go and get my Swifter wet and cleaned the floor and you would not believe how black the cloth was. Then, I proceeded to take my Swifter wet and cleaned the floors on the bedroom levels and those cloths were also black. When a house has filthy floors, your house is not clean. I took a picture and emailed it in to The Cleaning Authority and they called and left me a message. When calling them back, the lady offered to send someone out the same day to clean my floors. I refused and canceled future services with them. I told the lady that I should be refunded. I am requesting that I get refunded for the cleaning that never happened.
