We absolutely love our Rensberger home. The home building process is not for the for the faint of heart, but the entire team at CE Rensberger did their best to make the process as smooth as possible. We loved the ability to customize our house to our needs and style, and we feel that the quality is above and beyond that of your standard builder. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to build!Review from Corrie K

Joel R********r and his entire team were wonderful to work with while building our dream home. No build process will go exactly as planned but they made sure to keep the process rolling as best as they could and to keep us in the loop weekly with updates from start of planning through the actual build. Overall, we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. We love our home. We love that even after moving into the house we still communicate and feel supported when we have questions or concerns post build. 10/10 would recommend this company if you are looking for a builder to build your next home.

We had a poor experience working with the owner of this company. Communication was horrible and there was zero transparency even though all of that was promised. We made the decision to walk away from a project with this builder after being told the cash we put out for permits would be returned to us as they would be transferred to the new owners. Not only did we get $20k less than we were owed, we were reimbursed several months later than we were told we would be. The entire process was incredibly disappointing considering the positive reviews we had heard about this company. Ethics and honesty go a long way and sadly, I would never do business with CER again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Also their own contractors and people they refer you to during their “process” poor mouth them and say the experience we had with the owner is normal. Any good reviews you see are from the company’s realtor or his executive director; so all people that he pays.C.E. Rensberger & Family, LLC Response

Our hearts go out to this family. They almost became new home construction customers. Rock was discovered on their building lot during planning, and with that cost added to their project; they elected not to go forward for budget reasons. We understand the frustration and wish them luck.Review from Rose B

This company built my dream house in 2020 I could not be happier! This is the third custom home in my lifetime and by far was the easiest process and continues to be of very high quality. I would highly recommend them for a custom home or remodel. I was so impressed that I asked if I could work for them. I now do. That alone should speak volumes. My home even received a design and quality award from the ***** (********* ****** ******** ******** *****) and *** (******* ******** ********). While nobody likes a poor review, CE Rensberger & Family is pleased to say this homebuilding prospect never materialized into a homebuilding client. The pandemic, permitting, and family changes ended up making the best strategy in this case: To Not pursue homebuilding....Joel R*********-Owner
