      Updated review 8/11/22 I'm at year 4 of my install and the true colors of this company (and owner Denny) has shown! I had some early issues from their rushed install, such as a major one of not seating the propane nozzle bar with a screw, which caused it to burn outside the nozzle. This also shut the unit off on temp overload! I fixed it myself and they replaced the overload to get it running. They also don't have the intake/exhaust ran correctly as the photo shows. Since the install in 2018 it has ran fine until the last week of July and we lost all cooling. I never got a firm appointment to fix it and they did come out twice to put a band-aid of freon in it. They put dye in to find a leak and wouldn't return to address the leaking evaporator coil in the inside unit although I have a warranty. I was told by the company that fixed me up that they should have fixed it correctly the first visit to put freon in instead of letting it go low pressure again. This is after telling him we both had medical issues needing it fixed! We ended up going to another company to get it fixed! He flies a Christian banner on his billboard ads, talks like he cares, but obviously it's a front. Stay away! You have been warned how they operate there!

      WOW, Jesse is right we came out the first time and put freon and dye in (no charge). Then came out a second time to find the leak. There was no dye present and a small amount of freon loss. I associated it with the service ports, because the Schrader valve was leaking. Thinking that was all it was. I left and said let's make sure that is it, again no charge. Then I received a call at the end of the week. One of the hottest weeks of the year. I stopped out to put freon in his system again (no charge) to buy me some time to the next week. Which I had told him I would not be able to make it out until Tuesday. I received a text on Sunday afternoon telling me to get out there it is not cooling. I was not able to get out to his place until Tuesday. Then I received a nasty call from his wife Monday morning followed by a nasty call from Jesse. This complaint is because of their impatience. This is the truth.

      Phooey as they say. Mr. No Comfort knew my Wife worked from home and we had health conditions. Oddly another outfit come out in the same heat and found what they couldn't waiting weeks! Free free free... we would pay for anything a receipt for and expect better. The Leopard can't change his spots.
