            I buried My boy Tom (cat) September 9 2022.My family has been using their service for 40 years.We have never had a problem until now.I was treated very poorly by the staff.I paid for a marker ($1,300.00)and was told it would take 3-4 months.It is now March 18 2023 and there is no marker.I talked to the General Manager on March 14 and she seemed sympathetic.I was told that it could take up to a year something I was not told when I purchased it.She said that she would look into it.She called back and was going to try to expedite the marker and in the meantime a temporary one would be installed.I went there today March 18 2023 to place flowers on the grave and there’s no temporary marker.I’m tired of being lied to.If the temporary marker isn’t done something they have control over how can I believe they can expedite the permanent marker something they can not control.The quality of service there in my opinion is very poor.

            Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the temporary memorial installation not having been placed by the time of your visit. The temporary memorial was expedited right after we spoke; however, the location was unfortunately misinterpreted by the installer. Upon hearing this, we were terribly sorry to have let you down, as your only concern after the loss of your beloved Tom should be that of healing. The care of your pet family member is our priority, and we promise we have corrected the issue. A temporary memorial has been placed in Tom’s place of rest, as promised. We are ordering floral arrangements to be delivered to your home on Wednesday 3/22 as a peace offering for our shortcomings. Thank you.
