Friday night 6/21/2024 betwen 730pm to 945pm I walked into to try to purchase a vehicle that we were interested in. Liked it, presented my bank approval loan and information. All I needed was a purchase order from the dealer with a final agreed price. Multiple times as I read over paper work I said "Do not run my credit, I just need a purchase order. They presented papers and have me sign with a salesman, then the finance manager has me redo the same papers again, I tell them again when I see these papers, "I dont need my credit ran, I just need a purchase order." At the end of the night the numbers I expect, and was presented with, I didn't like and was out of my budget. I apologize for all our time but that number was not in my budget, it'd be a poor money decision and might need to look at leas expensive car if these are the closing costs. Didn't yell, didn't cuss at anyone. I said, this isn't what we want, we need to rethink about this and maybe a different car is the decision, something cheaper but its almost 10PM need to do this at a different time. I wake up next day, today 6/22/2024, to a credit alert. They ran my credit. Called, one of the sales manager stated he doesn't know and had nothing to do with it, and they hid behind well "Well I'm sorry if we did but I don't know what you want us to do for you, we wouldn't do it if you asked us not to" I'd like a specific letter for my records state they ran it without permission for myself and if I can ever dispute it. He didn't answer me. Between the 6000.00 dollar increase to the online price to the vehicle, online price didn't include state inspection, and reconditioning for sale, they of course will hide behind the website disclaimer, and now this dishonesty or blatant disregard for what a potential buying customer is repeating and asking of you, I would never trust this place. Anyone reading reviews and on the fence about walking in? Don't, save yourself any headache, stress or grief.

They sold me a car with a check engine light and unsafe suspension after swearing it passed all inspections and was gonna be a good car for me. They said it passed Maryland's safety inspection but all the problems with it are included in the safety inspection witch lead me to believe they falsely passed it thru inspection to sell by just clearing the check engine light instead of fixing it. I brought it back the DAY after and that weekend, they said there was nothing wrong and wouldn't fix it. I took it somewhere else, they said this definitely needs fixed because it was so unsafe I couldn't even drive it. I had to pay hundreds of dollars just to fix only one of the issues immediately after buying it. Angry and drained I left a review on google after months of back and fourth and being talked to disrespectfully, they called me and blackmailed me into deleting my review by saying "delete your review and we will fix your car", after denying there was even anything wrong. I didn't know what else to do so I decided to give them one last chance. At drop off, they told me they would take it to my car makes service center. After 2 weeks with no word back I messaged my point of contact, to be told by text "I am trying to convince my manager to take it to (*make dealer*)". After hearing that they weren't doing what they said they were going to, I was upset and expressed I was angry they lied about what was happening to my car and explained my next steps were to reach out to further resources to solve this. Once calling the manager about this, he yelled at me and told me my resources were useless and wouldn't do anything for me. I picked up my car, they continued to tell me there was nothing wrong but I still have a check engine light. I had it diagnosed twice now and once again been told there is definitely something wrong by another shop and will have to pay more to get it fixed before I am fined for not doing emissions since I know it can't pass **** a check engine light
