Awful car buying experience. Gave them $2500 in April to order/reserve a GX 460 Premium Plus we built on Lexus.com and sent to their dealership. We went in and finalized the details. They called me twice from April to June asking if I wanted the Sport package or I would have to wait longer for the Premium Plus. I said I would wait both times. Dealer calls me and says my car is in late June. I go up there and it's the Sport package. The dealer was like "I got you these Lexus mats and a nice net cover for the trunk". As if he went out of his way to do something positive for me. The invoice they gave me was for a Sport package with an extra $910 of installment options $345 Lexus mats and $150 tonneau cover were 2 of the items that I didn't even order for the Premium Plus. The total balance comes to way higher higher than we planned on paying for the Premium Plus. I still said ok I'll work with you on it, they gave me a price, I said you lied to me this whole time you need to do more, they come back with a final price and I asked for $250 lower than what they said and the tough-guy manager said no and walked away. *Lied to multiple times in the process and used my $2500 to get in a car I didn't order then the manager boasted he could sell the car for 5k over market value if I didn't buy it that day.* Almost as if they planned it. But I'm a fair man I wouldn't accuse them of that.

It may have seemed like we planned to not sell the vehicle, but we are not currently putting Market Value Adjustments on our GX's as other dealers are. We would rather just sell it to the person it was intended for which is why we were willing to work with you on the price.
