Forget about the warranty for their work, constant excuses and blame basically calling you a lier. Other than the numerous times my car had to be taken back to their shop (note someone backed into my parked car and it broke the headlight and popped out the side fender which is suppose to happen). at least that is what they said. There was no body work that needed to be done, replace the headlight and put it all back together. While the constant word that "you should never use any aftermarket parts" although the headlight that they replaced was aftermarket. The sensors around my car I had to pay a company separately to come to my home to fix. I wish I had kept count of how many times my car had to be returned to this shop and still the side fender is popping out once more. I called to be told once again that is not their problem, it is their problem it was part of their estimate and repair it didn't show up later. Shame on them not taking responsibility for their work. Shame on me for even using them.

Mrs. ********vehicle was repaired by us after someone caused damage to the right front of her vehicle. The repair was for repairing the front bumper cover as well as replacing the right front headlamp. While we were repairing Mrs. ******* vehicle we discovered that she had an aftermarket park sensor kit installed on the vehicle and we were having an issue with the sensors. I made Mrs. ***** aware of this and found out that she had the Toyota dealership install these sensors. I informed her that we had exhausted all of our options as far as getting this park sensor system checked out. The dealership could provide us with no information, even though they were the ones to install the sensors. At this point I let Mrs. ***** know that I had reached out to the sensor manufacturer as well and they could not provide me with any information as to how to resolve the issues with the sensors either. Once she had her vehicle back Mrs. ***** let me know that she was able to have a company come out and fix the issue with the sensors. Had she given us the information for this company we would have been more than willing to work with them, however that was not the case. We did advise Mrs. ***** that aftermarket systems like park sensors are not really ideal and that we do run into issues with them as they are not electrical systems that the vehicle comes with from the factory. We did not say that aftermarket parts in general should not be used as we use them regularly on vehicles. This all occurred in beginning to middle of August 2022. A few weeks later on September 8, 2022, Mrs. ***** sent me a text stating that the LED headlamp system was not working properly, and she sent over a picture of the right headlamp (which was the headlamp we had replaced back in August) and the LED bulbs on the headlamp were not working. When looking at this picture I preordered a replacement headlamp and scheduled Mrs. ***** to come in for us to check the headlamp out and possibly swap it out if the issue was indeed the headlamp. When Mrs. ***** arrived, we took a look into why the headlamp was not working and found that the vehicle had sustained damage to the front bumper cover/grille, which caused a fuse to blow on the right headlamp causing it not to operate. Once we changed this fuse out the headlamp functioned properly again and it turned out that it was not a warranty issue at all, but actually damage that had been sustained from another accident. A few days later Mrs. ***** stated that she had contacted her insurance company and they sent someone out to look at the vehicle and they determined that there had not been any damage done to the front of the vehicle. I then asked for her to provide me with that insurance information so I could verify this and possibly help them to see the area of the front bumper that had been damaged. Not only was the bumper cover itself damaged, but the lower grille on the right side of the vehicle has been popped out of place and is now misaligned. I have tried to help her get this rectified with her insurance company, however all she has done is called our office being extremely rude and then she hangs up on us. We are still willing to meet with her and her insurance adjuster if she would like to pursue getting the damage on the front of her vehicle repaired, however we cannot cover it under our warranty as the vehicle has bene involved in another accident. Whether or not Mrs. ***** did the damage herself or someone hit her vehicle without her knowing, I cannot say, but it definitely has been damaged.
