Awesome experience here, they were on point since the first day since I hired them to take over my case. Constant communication when needed and help understanding my rights and what was needed to be done on my part to get thru my case. I am an attorney and I can say that it made a difference to have this law firm act on my behalf. The staff were communicative and provided me with regular updates and were extremely diligent with my case. Also, when the insurance company made their initial offer, they strongly advocated for me to get a larger settlement amount and were successful in procuring one. I had a car accident last year and the person who hit me totaled my car which I really loved and had for many years!! After calling many times to the other person’s insurance company of which I got no where as I only wanted my car repaired, I called Saiontz & Kirk! Since I’ve never had an attorney involved in anything in my life, I was pleasantly surprised that they fought for me to get a nice settlement and I’m truly grateful to them for all of the diligence they did to help me with everything!! Is this a real law firm? Do they exist? Are they playing attorneys?!I chose this firm over another for my very valid accident claim. Had I known the whole company is on sabbatical indefinitely, I would have chosen differently and be in a much better position. Honestly, I need to scream "BUYER BEWARE"! I'm out of pocket over 3k now. This firm can't even return a call or email. I'm so screwed. I need support and help. Can anyone recommend a law firm?
