      Jarvis Appliance incorrectly installed a dishwasher I purchased from them approximately 5 years ago causing premature failure. After detecting a leak from the dishwasher, I had a Jarvis Service Technician assess and repair the failure. After removing the front bottom panel and shining a flashlight for 30 seconds, the Jarvis Service Tech assessed a rusted part needing replacement; charge (without repair) $99. Jarvis stated they could return in a couple weeks with the part for another charge of $221; he left without reinstalling the front bottom panel. Based on a lack of confidence in Jarvis, I had an independent appliance service tech visit to assess and repair the leaking dishwasher. He stated the part was so corroded he was not able to remove the failed part. He explained that the dishwasher failed prematurely because Jarvis did not properly install a water sensor located under the tub when they originally installed it.

      Terrible customer service. Ordered stove and after 11.5 months still don't have it. Spoke with salesman about when I can expect it and he wouldn't speak with me, said to speak with owner. Called owner and he said "are you the one who gave me a bad review" to which I said yes. He then said, well your not getting your stove, goodbye. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. Proceed with extreme caution before doing business with them.

      ************ has had a range on order for the better part of a year. The dates that have been given to **** have come from **. **** will not accept that his back order keeps getting pushed. Jimmy his salesman has updated **** with the latest information available. Have a complete email chain to prove. Jimmy also offered options as **** as for but dis not approve what was available. He wanted to speak our ** representative about his order and would not accept what we were telling him. **** at one point called Jimmy warning him that he was going to start a negative campaign against Jarvis Appliance and against **, again noted on his order with date and time. So **** did give Jarvis a 1 star review because of his back order. Jarvis does not make the product and have many other back orders resulting from Covid. His order is noted that dates can change at anytime do to Covid and that is not in our control. **** knows the range is not available anywhere because he has checked, just as we have.
      The latest interaction with **** was Saturday the 9th of July. **** called the store asking Jimmy, his salesman, to return his call. At the time of the call Jimmy was with a customer. Jimmy was finishing with a customer and **** had driven to the store to confront Jimmy, wanting to know why he had not called back. Jimmy tried to explain that he was with another customer and was going to call him back when he was finished. As the conversation between **** and Jimmy got heated, Jimmy said that he would need to speak with the owner, Kevin D*****, from this point forward. **** called me on my cell phone immediately with his voice raised exclaiming that he was not happy with what had happened that day. I told **** exactly what he has stated. I was with my Mother getting treatment for her condition at the time of the call. He did not ask me if I had a minute or any respect for me or my situation. **** has been told many times that he will be notified as soon as the range is in bound and ready for delivery. There is nothing else I can do as the owner or that Jarvis can do as a company. I have asked everyone that I have as a contact for **, if we can get ****s order ASAP or at least a solid date of availability. Again, I will reiterate that **** will not accept what we tell him. I do understand ****s frustration, as many of our customers share with the state of back orders in the appliance industry. We have done business with **** for many years and why he feels this way I do not understand. He also stated that ** had given his order to another customer in one of many emails that where sent between **** and Jimmy.
      Mr. S****, my work coordinator, job placed me at Jarvis in 1988 out of ***************. I started at ground level and worked at every sector of this business and the appliance industry and am confident to say that I know it well. I have been with Jarvis for 34 years and owned Jarvis since 2000. Jarvis Appliance has a solid reputation as you know. I will not accept being disrespected, accused of lying or threatened. I can supply all necessary documentation for all of my allegations with a detailed email trail of communication. ****s order will be canceled and refunded to his credit card.
      ****s range is do in the end of July is the latest update.

      Your note is not 100% factual. Thank you for returning our deposit and cancelling us as a customer. We found a wonderful competitor whom was able to help us with ordering the same stove Saturday (7/16/22) and delivered today (7/20/22). Amazing how ************* was able to service us with our immediate needs after 11.5 months of dealing thru Jarvis. We both won...you don't have to deal with me and I found a better supplier!
