We want people to feel confident about their purchasing decisions. To do that, we need a community where buyers and businesses trust each other. The problem comes with dishonest practices which make buyers cautious about where to spend their money. We believe people shouldn’t have to worry about who they’re dealing with which is why we’ve been partnering with businesses for more than 100 years to give our community peace of mind. The Torch Awards is the most prestigious honor the BBB can present to a business or individual. Recipients not only believe in the high standards promoted by the BBB, but also consistently acts on them and continuously integrates them into daily practices. Applications for 2026 are open until May 13.

Our dispute resolution program can help you resolve your lemon law complaint and you don't even have to hire a lawyer. Our program covers car warranty issues against participating manufacturers.
Charity Review
Show your donors you meet BBB's 20 standards of trust by becoming a BBB Accredited Charity. BBB Accreditation for charities is free. Upon BBB Accreditation you can determine if you wish to use our seal, which is an annual fee.
