              ***************** never sent notification of an increase of monthly car insurance. I called and let them know that I never received notification and I request evidence. I also sent a complaint to their contact me portal. Someone responded and asked for my policy number but stopped communication after that. They refuse to show proof that they notified me. It is possible to do so through their IT department. I want the fee to be adjusted and want a refund of $26 that was additionally added without my permission.

              Horrible insurance company . Always told multiple things and word is never kept . Recently cancelled insurance policy , ***************** decided to pend payment , was told by local office that it would fall off , ***************** company ended up processing payment even though policy was cancelled . Will not refund ******. Called customer service multiple times and was told that full payment would be sent via check . Received check 2 weeks later & only got $89.00 back . **************** is not helpful and will lie to you . I could literally write a book about my experience . Horrible experience from the time I first got insurance with them up until now ! Very bad business and will never recommend a love one to them . Liars !
