    I received a call from a mole masters technician requesting to service and refill our system on 7/31/23, and agreed. Immediately after the phone call, I went to the iMistAway app and screenshot Ted the info from the transmitter, which showed the tank was still 34% full. He completed the service, and I later received an invoice for $368.05, quoting the service charge, as well as a full gallon refill. This seemed inconsistent with the amount necessary based on the information transmitted to me from the app. I called mole masters that evening, and the voicemail stated a closing time of 5:30pm, but I was unable to reach anyone during office hours. I left a voicemail, and was not called back. I called a second time the next day and explained by concern to the female receptionist on the line, who attempted to connect me with the technician, but he did not come to the line. I was advised he would call me back later that day or the following morning. It is now close of business of that day, and still no response from anyone in the company. I have felt that I was being overcharged in the last for excessive servicing of our system, but finally decided to assess it this time when called, and now strongly feel based on what I understand from the app transmission and subsequent charges, as well as lack of follow through in communication by the technician with me to resolve my concern, that something is definitely not right with the transaction. I am hoping for a resolution from the company’s leadership, and unfortunately have lost trust in the company to continue our mosquito services.

    In January a Mole Masters vehicle crashed into the back of my car. *******, the owner of ***********, said he wanted to pay for the damages instead of filing on his insurance. When he found out the repair cost $5000 he said he could not afford to pay it. And he did not have insurance on his company's vehicles. He told me I would need to file on my uninsured driver insurance, which is what I had to do. I do not have rental insurance so I would have to pay for the rental then he would have to repay me. By this time I no longer trusted him, so I did not rent a car. I ********'s a good thing I didn't. I was able to borrow a car for the two weeks my car was in the shop. ******* said he would cover the $500 deductible for the repairs. He has not done this. Infact when I asked him about paying up, he quit responding to my attempts to contact him. Guess it was good I didn't trust him. He has 3 company vehicles sitting in front of his office that look to be totaled, evidently, this is not the first time this has happened. Be careful when dealing with this company.
