    My ********** fridge had problems in defrosting so I called Mr. Appliance. They came in and diagnosed that two parts needed to be replaced for $197.86. After the two parts replaced on Friday before the memorial weekend, the technician forgot to reconnect one of the fans to ventilate the cold air to the fridge from the freezer. My fridge got damaged over the long weekend-there was a fist-sized bulge from the bottom of the freezer, no cold air ventilated to the fridge side. I had to order a new fridge at the local **** ***** after all foods were spoiled. Of course, I called Mr. Appliance first thing on Monday and a different person came in and diagnosed the problem that 3 more parts needed to be replaced, after reconnecting the mistakenly unplugged fan. After that, the same old defrosting problems came again, meaning that the two parts replaced was not working. I'm requesting Mr. Appliance to refund my payment of $197.86 to give up my trust on it.

    I would give this business 0 stars if possible. I have been dealing with them for almost 3 months through my home warranty company and still have no resolution. Only half of my electric cooktop is working after the diagnosis, waiting for parts, and 3 rescheduled visits to replace the ordered parts that finally came in. The technician only replaced some of the parts and told me it couldn't be fixed. He stated he would notify my home warranty company of this that day. Over a week later and no word of anything, I call my home warranty company. I find out that Mr. ********************** closed the work order as complete. Now, my home warranty company has to authorize another work order for them to come back to my home and look at the issue again. Wow, just wow. Sounds like a scam to me, a scam to get more money from the home warranty company. Do not use this company if you actually want your appliance repaired.
