My ********** fridge had problems in defrosting so I called Mr. Appliance. They came in and diagnosed that two parts needed to be replaced for $197.86. After the two parts replaced on Friday before the memorial weekend, the technician forgot to reconnect one of the fans to ventilate the cold air to the fridge from the freezer. My fridge got damaged over the long weekend-there was a fist-sized bulge from the bottom of the freezer, no cold air ventilated to the fridge side. I had to order a new fridge at the local **** ***** after all foods were spoiled. Of course, I called Mr. Appliance first thing on Monday and a different person came in and diagnosed the problem that 3 more parts needed to be replaced, after reconnecting the mistakenly unplugged fan. After that, the same old defrosting problems came again, meaning that the two parts replaced was not working. I'm requesting Mr. Appliance to refund my payment of $197.86 to give up my trust on it.Business response
