In the spring of 2023, my crawl space was flooded by the heavy rains. I called about 15 contractors to get a bid on correcting my landscaping to prevent future flooding issues. There were so many people with the same problem, that most of the contractors never returned my call. Those that did had a minimum charge that my project just didn't meet. I was so lucky to finally find Ascend Landscaping and Jevard. He came out promptly and suggested some regrading and rock replacement for a very fair price. Before I could hire him, I had to get HOA approval. That was a nightmare. It took almost 45 days and frequent calls to ******. He was so patient, answered all my questions, and was willing to modify his project design to accommodate the demands of the **** ******** in the office was wonderful. She was so helpful and friendly. ****** scheduled a special crew to come on a Saturday to complete my project.
