    Let me start with the fact that I am a senior citizen, honorably discharged ************* Navy veteran with stage 4 COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and on oxygen 24 hours a day. I called Denco to get an estimate on installing wide mouth outlets on my gutters. *********************** came over and right off the bat told me he could see the gutters in the front of the house were not level and need to be serviced. My gutter in the back needed to be replaced because the last gutter company installed it wrong, in two pieces, he said it needed to be one piece. I said I can only afford to do the wide mouth outlets. He punched numbers in his phone and showed me the screen which showed $377. for the outlets and service and repair all gutters. He punched more numbers in his phone and showed me $500 which included replacing the back gutter. I agreed to the 500. for everything, and in a few days a crew of 6 guys came over led by the owner ****. They were done and out of here in 1 hour and 15 minutes, he did not leave before collecting the $500. though. When my son got home from work I asked him to go up on the roof and take pictures of my new outlets which would solve my leaf problem. He told me they did replace the back gutter but no outlets were installed. I contacted ***** and twice he told me he would come over and look at the problem. He never showed up, two different days. I tried calling back with no answer, then the phone actually stopped ringing, I guess he blocked me. I tried calling **** the owner with no luck, I left messages for him to call me back but he never did. I sent **** an email asking for his help to resolve the issue but he never responded. So much for customer service!! Do not under any circumstances use the services of this company, one person getting ripped off is one to many.

    I had a leaking gutter end cap which caused some siding to rot. I called DenCo whose salesman suggested replacing that section of gutter, eliminating one downspout and replacing the second one, and replacing the rotten siding. On May 30, 2023, after the job was completed, I paid the contract amount - $1,025. Then it rained several times. Water poured down the new siding. I called DENCO. The crew showed up one day without warning to take a look. The crew chief said the overflow was occurring because the downspout was clogged. I was skeptical because it had been only five weeks. At any rate, he cleaned the downspout and used a hose to simulate rain. Same leak. Then he said that he would have a roofer come by to take a look. The roofer never called or showed. I called the DenCo crew chief again, and he gave me the roofers name and number. I called and left a message. No response. So, in the end I paid $1025 for a repair that didnt happen, and DenCo has taken no responsibility or refunded my money.
