For the past 2 months now, I've been receiving weekly mailers to my physical mailbox. I've also had advertising notices left at my door, making me a target for thieves. I'm asking that WOW! remove my address from their marketing list immediately. I have no interest in using their internet services nor do I wish to be bothered by advertising tactics from their company.I have already tried to opt out via email on 03/08/24 as well as calling customer support on ********. A representative kept me on the phone for 30 minutes and told me that they were filling out an opt-out request form. This only resulted in more mail being sent to me, followed by a sales rep named ******************* being dispatched to my house that very same day. I then tried to use the wowway.com help chat only to be told they couldn't help me unless I had an active account with them.An opt-out letter was also mailed out on 04/22/24 to the return address **************************************. However, I'm still receiving these junk mailers as of 05/02/24. I will pursue legal action if their company continues to harass me, as I will not be pressured into using their services. Let this be seen as my final written request before taking further action.This will now be looked at as trespassing and not just a nuisance as I have requested numerous times for this contact to cease.*****************************************,CURRENT RESIDENT *****************************************************************************
