    I booked carpet installation through ********** with Hom Solutions. The installers not only arrived hours later than the scheduled installation window, they incurred damage to my home and refused to accept responsibility, like other reviewers have already noted. During the job, they tripped the breaker for one of the rooms they were working in. They reset the breaker multiple times while working (I could tell because my Internet router was plugged into that circuit), but at some point the breaker became stuck in a permanently tripped state. To make matters worse, the crew could not answer any of my questions due to a severe language barrier (I don't speak Spanish). I believe any chance of determining exactly how they damaged my system disappeared when the crew left my house. I also believe any company that respects it's customers would attempt to make it right. However, they brusquely denied my claim outright, blaming my home's electrical system and denying any culpability.Any company that sets a foot in customers' homes needs to prioritize and respect the property of the customer, going out of the way to compensate damages. This company appears to be the opposite -- believing that there will be no consequences for damages caused either directly or indirectly. Please choose another company and help the free market work properly.

    Regarding the issue with the circuit breaker, our installation team uses standard tools like a carpet seaming iron, which typically do not overload a properly functioning electrical circuit. It's important to note that the electrical systems in a home can vary greatly, and occasionally, older or more sensitive circuits may trip under normal use. We always recommend ensuring that circuits are in good working order before installation begins, as this can help avoid issues like the one you encountered.
