    Between April 25, 2024 and April 28, 2024 I was unable to withdraw earnings from my IBOTTA.com account. I was doing biweekly shopping as normal. In my shopping I was attempting to get one of the larger bonuses. After I received the bonus I was informed that something didn't look right and my account withdrawal was locked. I went to the help center told and them what happened. To day I received an email asking them how they did. Except they didn't do anything and I was still attempting to access my cash back funds. As I understand, this the money received as cash back is from coupons through businesses. IT is not actually from the company. If I loaded the offer on my Ibotta app. and purchased the product as instructed in the terms I should receive the money. The money was loaded on my IBOTTA account, however ********************** is refusing to release the cash back. So this company is getting money from the business with the promise to pass it on to the consumer, however, they are not doing that. From what I have been reading, they are closing the accounts without paying anything to the customer, and keeping the money that should have gone back to the customer. Furthermore this company is run mostly through an AI bot to handle complaints, and human cannot be reached or contacted. i feel like this company is acting in a fraudulent manner and needs to be investigated further.

    This company is just the worst! I am so done and sick of it. I have been using them for years. And I don't like how they run their business. It is slimy. So basically I found out the hard way I have to make a note and document all rebates I am trying to make. I will be within the parameters of the rebate and I won't get it. So I have to constantly file with customer service. And, it is awful! First of all they deny me almost everytime. Even if its legit. So, I have to keep fighting. It is just a mess and it is not worth it at all. I don't like doing business with bad people, I think these are bad people. This last time was the worst for me. I did a link through a retailer and you are to get a certain percentage back. And, ibotta just fought me on it back and back forth. They first said I must have done something wrong, got off the site etc which I did not. Then they came back saying I must have already got a discount and that's why it didn't go through which also incorrect. So i lost out on about $20. Just please stay so far away from this company. It is has been like this from the beginning but its getting worse.
